Warn 8274 parts winch whats it worth?

So after a few years of collecting these things i now have 2 warn 8274 winches. One winch is complete and will be rebuilt as i now have all the parts seal kit upgraded motor ect ect. So the big question is what is a warn 8274 worth minus motor cable and control box it will need seal kit and service but all internals are complete and serviceable so what do you reckon.
