105 center diff relay
Hi guys I just bought my self a 02 105 landcruiser and have now discovered that the CDL does not work, I cannot hear the relay click when the diff lock button is pressed so hope that either the switch is faulty or the relay is. My problem is i cannot find the relay can any one please point me in the right diection

check and make sure the plug is in properly at the transfer case first

The relay is behind the left front foot well kick panel, it's tucked up fairly high.
You should hear it click if the car is not running, they are a small relay and not very loud.

Or conversly, put it in 4wd (cdl activated) and see if it is indeed in 4wd by driving... if it is then it's all good......

Is the relay visiable by just removing the kick panel I have looked there but was looking for a big relay ?
Im sure its not going into 4wd because i cannot hear the auctuator doing its thing.

The relay is inside a black box, a bit smaller than a cigarette packet. It's directly above the white fuse panel. You just about need to lay on your back on the floor to see it.
