Suspension Stuff Challenge Series 3 - 16 June

Competitor entry fee $55.00 plus camping fees if you choose to make a weekend of it.

4 classes of vehicles compete on a minimum of three tracks.

Stock Standard Class (31” tyre size, maximum 2” lift, must be registered vehicle)
Street Modified Class (33” tyres size, max 4” lift, 1 locker, must be registered vehicle)
Street Extreme Class (35” tyres size, max 6” lift, any traction aids)
Extreme Modified Class (37” tyres size plus, no limit lift, any traction aids, roll cage internal external, driver window nets)
Vehicles that are over basic class specifics will be penalised 5 points per track per additional inches.

If competitors win more than twice they get a trophy and can win overall but the prizes will go to the next place. End of series prize is the car with the most series points.

This is a six week series run throughout 2012. Winners are identified at each event and scores are tallied over the series for an overall series winner.

You do not have to enter all six weeks, just turn up to the ones you can make. It is a social and fun competition, open to all 4WD drivers.

This event will be the last one held at the current Scenic Rim Adventure Park - Swan Gully Road Bromelton. We are taking registration now. Just a reminder this event is on this weekend at the current park location, Swan Gully Road Bromelton. We will be visiting some old favourites and providing details of our new location.

Thanks again Ben, Mike, Rob and Keith for helping us out toady during the Suspension stuff challenge. With eighteen competitors offering some great driving skills the crowd sounded like they thoroughly enjoying themselves.

We would also like to thank those whose quick action prevented what could have been a very serious situation for everyone when one of our campers found out the hard way campfire ashes and wind do not mix. Someone’s posted a picture on face book to prove it.

Suspension Stuff Challenge will have a slightly different format for the next round August 4th at the new park although the concept of this challenge being a stepping stone for new 4x4 competitors will still be the main focus.
