hilux gearbox ratios

recently blew up my g52 gearbox, i replaced it with an 84 model 4 runner 2ltr petrol g52 gearbox, swaped bell housings over and stuck it in, do they do the g52 with different ratios? cause i swaped my speedo drive over from my original box and in 4th gear which is 1-1 ratio im doing 10 kph less at 3000rpm than before? any thoughts? cheers

Did you swap transfers as well ? 4th is straight through so it is the same but the speedo feet changes in the transfer I beleive so your still going the same speed but your speedo is out from what I have always found

sorry thought i was in the toyota page, no i didnt swap the transfers over, i did it with the gps and its saying the speedo is out so i dear say your right thats its just the speedo, cheers
