It might not be obvious enough, but when you're looking at your shopping cart, you'll see a 'text/button' on the top right that says "redeem coupon". Click on that, then enter "outers", and click submit. Then just continue through the checkout process and it will be applied to the total.

No probs for your order though, I'll just refund you the $5 through Paypal.
