spare after market immobiliser unlocker

i have an aftermarket immobiliser which i can only unlock by touching my unlocker to it...
i thought of making a spare key and asked various locksmiths and nobady has that stuff...
its the green gadget at the right...


hope anyone has an idea where i could get another one... best around brisbane or the eastcost...
