Re: how hard is it to fit a skyline motor to a patrol?
most of the old petrol patrols were rb30 carby so im guessing it wouldnt be hard
Re: how hard is it to fit a skyline motor to a patrol?
I think they are a straight bolt up to replace the RD28 as well.
Mark.
Mark.
Its not cool, unless it's got boost :)
Re: how hard is it to fit a skyline motor to a patrol?
It will bolt up to a GQ RB30 gearbox, and like Mark says 95% they bolt up to a RD28 gearbox too
Re: how hard is it to fit a skyline motor to a patrol?
rd28's apparantly bolt up to rb25 boxes so i cant see why an rb20/25/26/30 wouldnt bolt straight up to an rd28 box
Re: how hard is it to fit a skyline motor to a patrol?
Why wouldn't u turbo a tb42 ??
Maybe do a little research, I think you may be surprised
