Transfer rear output vib?

so im chassing down a niggling rear end vib in my 105 series 1fzfe, with part time kit fitted!! Its been pestering me since heading home on our cape trip and i just assumed it was the unis in the rear tailshaft worn as it was only vibrating when on/off the throttle. So since been home I've just been narrowing it down and slowly replacing most usual worn parts for my own peace of mind anyway, but yet to find the source of the vib .
I have replaced the rear tailshaft with a newly built one (actually second built one os they stuffed up my first) replaced all lower and upper control arm bushs and fitted adjustable uppers to get pinion angle back correct angle to eliminate vib also! its only running 4" lift so not to dramatic anyway!

The vib is still lingering so tonight crawled under car and checked all gearbox mounts and engine mounts incase its twisting under load and making incorret pinion angles, all were in good condition so I can only narrow it down now to the transfers rear output bearing...... has anyone else come across this and could this be a viable reason to my vib problem? i checked rear diff pinion bearing movement up and down and all seems good, (should be as its not that long since re built).
So then checked transfer out put and there seems to be a little up and down play.... could this be enough to create a vib? its covered nearly 280000km and about 5000km with a suspect uni joint at the transfer end that probably would have contributed to extra bearing wear?

Ill prob just replace the transfer bearing anyway as it shouldnt take too long but is there anything else i should check that could be causing the vib or has anyone else noticed this vib with a worn output bearing?

Have you changed your tranfer, gearbox and diff oils since you came back?
Might be water in the oil, and either caused corrosion or may its making the rear LSD chatter (if fitted)
If it is LSD rear, have you got the right oil in it?

Mismatched tyre sizes?
Worn mud tyres? I had BFG KM1's and they vibrated pretty bad when worn. Must be the way they wear saw tooth like on the lugs.

Spring seat rubber missing?
I lost both rear spring seat rubbers up LCMP and it seemed to transmit certain vibrations through the car on the way home.

If its a manual, the clutch centre springs in the disc might be on the way out (particularly if they got wet or mud and stuff in there). I had this and it took quite a while to track it down as it transmits vibration throughout the driveline. When i took the clutch out, the friction surfaces were perfect, but the shock springs were loose and rattly. New clutch and all good.
Towing and /or being loaded heavy puts a lot of pressure on these springs and they flog out, especially if they are a standard type clutch

If its an Auto it may need a service or the oil might be contaminated and need replacing.

Full floater rear end? Maybe loose wheel bearing? Or axle to hub bolts loose?

Handbrake full of mud etc and partially siezed on?

Not sure if any of the above will help out specifically, but just some ideas on stuff I have found in the past.

Ive covered just about everything except the clutch option, so it could be the next thing to check on my list as I haven't heard of that issue before! I stripped down the transfer over weekend and running new bearings seals through it! They all seemed in good condition expect the rear output one but it has a little slop in it, not enough to vibrate I wouldn't have thought but it wouldn't take much at high RPM I suppose. Ill get it back together Tuesday and find out!

sure did, i had a fair amount of back lash also so that was first on the list! had a complete new shaft built, no more slop now!
