Garmin GPSMAP 4012 - Anyone Using one?

Post by nic80 »

Hi Guys,

Im building a MWB Shorty for Cliffhanger & Outback Challange Style Events.
I am up to the gps set up of the car and have bought a Garmin GPSMAP 4012.

Is anyone else using this Gps and What maps are you using on it?

Thanks!

Yep got one,

GPSOZ is the only other available mapping apart from garmin OZ TOPO.
Its 50k to 1 which is alot more defined than garmin but still nothing like HEMA or ozi.

Cheers Smitty :D
