Suspension upgrade FOX?
Suspension upgrade FOX?
I know it's probibly been done before but couldnt find it. Looking to upgrade the current suspension on the patrol. Looking at a set of fox smoothies or something around that. Anyone running anything similar or have any suggestions?
Re: Suspension upgrade FOX?
hi mate,
i have run everything from ranchos, tuff dogs, dobinsons, OME and nothing compares to my fox smoothies with remote reservoir.
I can smash over corrugations and wash out and my cab just sits there level.
And when rock crawling no need to chnage any settings, it just walks like a tuff dog shock wound all the way back.
I love them and reckon they are definitely worth the extra cash upfront.

Re: Suspension upgrade FOX?
Hay mate I run Fabtech shocks all round on my GQ and love them:) I had fox on the front for years and did not miss a beat, I have now got fox coil overs for the rear to fit and run my fabtechs as smoothies next to them. I would never go back to a normal shock go the fox cheers
