What have you checked? Got fluid? Got brake pads/shoes? Tried bleeding the system? What brake light? The one in the dash? Got fluid? :finger:

with the brake light on it will either mean lack of fluid causing air in the lines making the pedal real soft

either that or you don't have any vacuum but the pedal is usually harder so im guessing your loosing fluid somewhere or have air in the system?
