I think I need a new fuel cut solenoid in my 93 mav.
The other day it stalled and would crank over but wouldn't start. I found the 'engine control' fuse had blown so I replaced it and was all good for a while. Now that fuse keeps blowing when I try to start it up so I ran a wire strait from the battery to the fuel cut solenoid just so I could get home.
Can the solenoid be replaced easily or does the fuel pump need a rebuild. Rang Nissan for the part but they couldn't find a fuel cut solenoid on there computer.
Does anyone know a place in Penrith area who might have the part?

Re: TD42 fuel cut solenoid
$85. It was a pain in the ass to put in. Had to take the accelerator cable bracket off and grab it with a pair of multigrips to get it out. But all god now
