Thought it'd be a good discussion to see what people cart with them when they compete.
Dosnt matter what class of racing or what vehicle type, it'll be good to get some different input on this.

Re: What spares do you take to comps?
I take one of everything, except for the shocks, front brakes, turbo, intercooler and fuel pump.
Aside from the above all of the parts on my tow car are interchangeable but often lighter duty.
Tow pig needs a turbo and brake upgrade one of these days.
I also carry spare front CVs and axles and free wheeling hubs and a toolbox full of patrol bolts.
TD42 GQ patrols.

Re: What spares do you take to comps?
Depends a lot on the vehicle, what history you have and have you broken in the past
With the cruiser i used to take
Driveline
CV's, although i never used them after the longs went in
short and long rear axles
short and long inner front axles
packed, greased, and bearing'd front hub
packed, greased, and bearing'd rear hub
Front drive flanges
Spare tailshaft.
belts
Uni joints
wheel nuts
hub studs
Consumables
Basically every fluid in the car
gaskets, gasket kits, sealants
chemi weld
greases, brakekleen, wd40
circlips, hoses,
basically any consumable that you might use while doing a major service/overhaul of your car at home. Only experience can help with this
I also carried a pretty comprehensive tool kit, jack stands, tarps, trolley jacks, air tools, compressor, drills, bits, small welder, genset, easy outs, taps/dies, you name it.
A lot of it has to do with what you have previously busted, or know is a weak point. Also your budget, if it's possible to bust it and you can afford to have it as a spare, then take it.
