Tire info

Post by Struth »

My claws are a little blunt these days and have lost their edge for offroad work.

I measured my brand new spare and the 35" claw is actually only 34" brand new.
My other 4 tires are down to 33.5" now, hardly 35" tires.

My question is on Simex JTs, they only come up to 34" size but are they like most simex and measure over the stated size, ie: would they be 34.5".

If so they would be larger than my 35" claws ever were and I could fit them up and just shave the diffs for more clearence.

I know I could go 35" or 36" pedes but when the claws were new and at 34" the car performed well enough anyway.

dynamic are the importers and have all the sizes listed there

in answer to your question, yes the JT's are oversized at 34.6" or 34.3" depending on the width
