crawling gears
there are a couple of brands what are the best, where to buy in syd and how hard are they to fit? for a hilux that is
I went with Marks 4WD Adaptors crawler gears when I did my lux but others have had success with rockhoppers too.
The reason I went with the Marks gears is that they dont have a HUGE reduction like rockhoppers.
This may be a good or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.
I do a lot of sand driving where you want to use low range but not super low. I didnt want to have a gap between low and high where I didnt have the right ratio.
Having said that I may go with a dual transfer setup later to get REALLY low low .
