Spring Tech thread from Pirate by AllTech.

Post by MogLux »

Guy below is a link to Wayne's spring tech thread from Pirate 4x4.. Wayne is one of the top tuners in the States and has been Navi for Ben Napier the past few yrs, tuning all the top Ultra4's.. I have met wayne and the knowledge this Man has is unbelievable. I have also asked Wayne if I can help him tune at KOH 2013 - when i say help i mean watch the master in action, I had a reply last night and its good to go  ..

I thought i would share as with more and more Aussies fitting coilovers and wanting to go faster this is something you need to read.

Intresting read,
I'm of to the shed to measure my springs.

I hope you take something out of it AFeral ... as wayne knows what his talking about and the best thing his willing to share his knowledge with anyone that asks .. A true sign of a Good Bloke i say.. :D

Measured my springs and there the correct length accourding to Wayne's info. Will have to calculate some rates to see if there in the correct rate range. But seeing as I don't even have time to fit the front ones cannot see this happening in a hurry.
