HJ47 racing/rushing sound

Everytime i reach 90km/h the noise starts, like a loud racing/rushing sound.

Wouldnt have a clue what it is??

Don't go over 90 k's then. I have a HJ47 and I can't hear anything except engine, gearbox and body noises at 100 k's
I'd rather be biologically honest, than politically correct.
