transfer case output flange

Post by Brenton »

hey guys i managed to explode my output flange from my transfer case, it looks to be a custom made one. its in my f77 ute and the uni joints and diffs all have been swapped to 65x65 or maybe 66x66 flanges. has any one got some info where to get a new transfer case rear flange in the rocky spline with a 66x66 pattern? and has any one broken the flange before ? yes i had 36in mud tyres with 60 series diffs to do it with but it was a smooth incline on loose dirt, i thought if anything was going to break it wouldnt be that. ill get some pics up.

hey guys thanks for the reply. i found out that the first yr of production 84-85 i think had a smaller flange pattern. and then everything else has the larger pattern. so i swapped on in off a f73 i have sitting around. cheers brenton
