opposite Lock challange Mudgee 8-10th June

Post by Mudboy »

The On All 4's opposite lock inter club challenge will be on again the year and will be held at Hargraves (near Mudgee) on the June long weekend, 8-10 June. This is an inter club Challenge and to be compete and be allowed entry you will need to be with an associated club within the NSW & act 4wd Association.

All the paperwork and entry details will be sent out to the selected clubs shortly.

This event is not open to the general public.

It should be another great weekend where we can all get together and have a drive once again.

Regards,

David

Hi All

Sorry about the quietness of the event its been a Crazy year with prep for TT and work

THE RC comp will be there again this year so should be another great thing to get invovled in

Theres new entery forms to send out to clubs we are asking people if they can get organised and send enteries in one hit this will help us out greatly.

Due to issues last year ALL People will have to prove membership of there club to gain access to the property. This is a huge pain for us to do and you but after a $3500 geni was stolen last year and sponsors banner beening taken this is the result.

Last year went off biggest year ever and look forward to this year,

I would like to remind people of their behaviour we had only a couple of issuses last year and the involved clubs will be kept an eye on and are responsable for their own members

As Turbogu and mudboy said this is the case

This is just the way it has to be as most know and i said today we had a geni stolen by a low life last year this was kindly loaned to us by a club member and we then had to replace it for him as he relied on it for work and it was the right thing to do, this then cost the club $3.5k and I dont believe it was a memeber of a club that took it

Buy having people being a memeber of a club we know whos who and theres accounatbilty to their clubs,

We tried being abit flexable with this in the last few years but got burnt which suxs for you and us but results in this

A huge thankyou to all the people who have offered help out

It seems clear but to just clarify if the wife isn't technically a club member she can't come? Kids? Parents or stricly only member to gain access?

Thanks

Great Idea James,

Our members don't have membership cards and this may be the case for other clubs but we will provide a membership list for the people at the gate to check if that works for you guys.
