1994 L200 Diff Swap

Post by tfield24 »

Hi All,
I recently purchased a 1994 L200 4x4 with 4D56T engine. I have noticed it revs quite high in 5th gear on the open road, pulls around 3100rpm at 100km/h with standard 4.875 ration diffs.
I had heard that the triton 3.909 ratio diffs may be interchangeable but found no hard evidence that this is poissible.
Im keen to keep an LSD in the rear. Any info on what diffs (front and rear) are compatable with my L200 to reduce the open road rpm`s would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Troy
