Post by jakeharlow1 »

hey guys this is my first post on a forum site, ever. i have a few questions about my GQ i just brought it has the RB30 in it and its also on gas my problem is that either the fuel tank (custom long range) is clogged or the fuel pump is broken ill figger out how to fix that no worries but i can only run it on gas atm and its not idling and is verry gutless i think ive never driven a car on gas before but i was wonder if anyone could give me some pointers as to tuning/adjusting the idle on the gas as ive never played with gas before and also i live in qld and i was wondering when i get it registed do i just need a rwc or do i also need a gas certificate or something for the gas as i dont know how it all works thanks

if you want I have a dedicated gas setup to suit rb30 in a patrol, it was in my car but have gone back to fuel (turbo efi) so am selling it.
the dizzy has been custom mapped to suit and the setup (carb/dizzy/converter) has even been dyno tested. cold starts good, idles excellent , hot start s good.
made 75hp atw on 33s, wich is pretty good for an n/a 3l.
pm me if your interested? dedicated lpg runs way better than duel fuel.
