Gin poles or A-frame cranes.

It must be the redneck in me but I like the idea of building one of these, either on the front or back.

If you find any better examples, post away.

There was a whole vid on their website when they set up the fuel dump the year before using the stiff leg crane on the 'lux.

You'd need some good bump stops, but vastly doable.

They look pretty good and are telescoping at the same time. Probably fold away well.
