So how do people with no real design limitation choose there radiators?
I need to work out what size is required to cool the ls2, will be front mounted and used at high and low speed...aside from just measuring up a standard commodore radiator is there any way to tell from scratch what will be sufficient?
D22 Navara....hydro coilovers, hydro steer, 42's...

As evan said, also ally is stronger and has more opportunity for heat transfer without the plastic tanks, soft mount it or floating in a captive frame. Also think about over-driving the water pump for more water turnover
