Precision turbo's on td42's

Im looking at fitting a precision turbo possibly the 5130 to my silver top td. Precision claim they are more efficient than a bb garrett. Was originally looking at fitting the garrett gtx3067. I am going to a 12mm pump and want to run 18-20psi. Has anyone run a similar setup or can offer some advise?
A welder and grinder will fix anything

gudday...I used a GT3071R in my build...great setup still running strong with 30 plus psi, if interested check my past threads for full build details.
