That hill in Toolangi with the photos of the Merc and Zuk is good for getting a few wheels of the ground.

looked like fun , whats the spoa (red one ) running as a z-link? looks like a shoe lace dipped in starch
thats one BIG dude in that little zook
should plan a trip down that way after carnage in the cold.

be good to see all the different setups in action.

what are the shackles on the front of the white zook i think ? are they climax or missing links etc? how did they perform over the week end ?
any ways hope the berridale weekend is as much fun as that all looked !
if its worth doing do it intensly , better still do it with MADPASSION

The fellow in the red spring over zook is DroopyPete (aka Batman, aka Spiderman). I'm sure pete will be able to explain what he's using on the steering at the front.

The white zook (i presume the one with 3/4 in the rear) is running normal slightly longer shackles but they are mounted loosely to allow for the fact that the mounts on the chassis are narrower than the spring eyes are (make sense?)...

All footage and most photos of ljextreem were taken in gembrook under the powerlines... i guess they aren't what i would call super steep - but they are definately up hill.

In the movie all have rear lockers, most have front lockers too.

As far as i know - only droopypete and myself are coming to berridale.

The LJ is quite wide now - it just fits onto a tandem trailer (just)...

Joel is the fellow that falls in the mud - he's not on this board, but is the owner of the HumVit (vitara with 33's and no lift seen aroud here previously)...

edit: added more answers..

I still may be a show at berridale. All comes down to actually having a weekend to work on the car so I can get it to a Road worthy place and if I can get time off in July

Are you planning on driving it up there? i thought you would tow it?

i.e. there would be less time required to fix the tow bar on the patrol wouldn't there?

I will tow it but would still be nice to have it going. It has suddenly decided to not start at alol. The batteries are fully charged but I get nothing. I guess it is the starter motor. Of course the car is jammed into the shed, the tyres are flat, I can't get in to remove the starter, it is a bitch to move with flat tyres, I can't even get to the compressor etc etc

yeah to tow it out i would need to move the Val, to move the audi to move the holden and then tow it out, park the patrol, put the holden away put its cover back on, then put the audi away then find somewhere to park the val because there is no room in the drive anymore, have to put up with all the neighbours coming out to see what is going on :D

I actually have one but I can't get to the tyres to pump them up. The car is wedged in pretty good. I'll figure a way out, probably just drag it out with the patrol. Think it might be time to clean up the shed too
