Post by uninformed »

if a tyre has a specific rim width how important is this and why eg. i want to run 900-16's, they require a 6.5 inch width i have 7 inch rims, is this a big problem. does anyone know where i can get michelin XZL 900-16's?
cheers, Serg

If you have to deflate your tyres for any reason with 6.5"rubber on 7"inch rims you run a very big chance of breaking the seal and loosing all pressure completely, this is not good!
I would consider the alternatives...
