Theiving bastards - Rangie front bits

Post by auto_eng »

Some low life has stolen some Rangie bits

A mate of mine has had a bit of bad luck. He was driving to Sydney to Gympie for my wedding when he blew the diff in his Bush Ranie at Lennox Heads. Thanks to the people when offered help. Appreciated and remembered.

Anyway the vehicle was flat bedded to Brisbane and dropped of outside the waterski shed at UQ St Lucia campus. The front axles were undone and popped out so the diff could be removed. When he went for a drive to pick up the new diff he came back and some theives had cut the front brake lines and take both front axles/wheels/tyres/hubs. Took the front track rod and CD player also.

The vehicle was only there for a total of 9 hours when this all took place.

I have attached a picture of the wheels which were shod with 33"x12.5 BFG Muddies. If anyone has any info please send me a PM or email.

The vehicle is a green Bush Rangie. I now have the vehicle to do some modifications.
