See you there then. You can get a special pass to enable you to enjoy the first class entertainment, Sheety and his high fibre diet, Festa and his nervous antics, Rolly's expansive wardrobe of shirts, Staibey and his dish pan hands, and if you're really lucky, you might get to share the plane with them...definately a weekend you won't forget, no matter how much therapy you get afterwards...
WE WILL BE THERE with our cameras, next time Jake I won;t have to phone you and get you in trouble at work, no more hiding in cupboards.
Luke, ya gotta get your rig ready, as entertaining as the budget girls were, you gotta represent the nissans in TSV!

If you need any details about driving up there, just PM me, I have a lot of data about the trip up there.
I budget for around $350 for the fuel, that's return included, at around 12.5 L/100km. I drove from brisbane southside, left 6.00am, arrived Rockhampton 1:30pm, fuel and lunch stop 1 hour, arrived Mackay 6:00pm, and in Bowen for fuel and night stop at 9:30 pm. Slept at truck stop under Mav in swag (gotta love lifted rigs). Left Bowen at 5:00am arrived TSV 8:00am. I drive straight through with no stops though, I have a stretching regime to do every hour, with food and water carried in the truck for meals. Truck stop at Bowen is well set up wih showers etc and hot meals 24hrs.
Depending on the time you book your flight, some flights can be the same price as driving up, you just gotta have the time to travel. I reckon you cant beat a road trip though, but the atmosphere on the plane (if travelling with the bris competitors) is just awesome. Boys will be boys...
