Post by SimplyPV »

well guys.. check this out.... managed to pull out the old block.. what a bitch! :bad-words: had to cut the hose for the oil cooler since i couldnt get either end bracket off... so that means i gotta hunt for a hose that'll fit. shouldnt be too big of a task. jus a hassle. ok.. next thing i found out.... engine mount didnt break... it competely snapped in half! shredded! wasted completely.... :bad-words: not sure where i will be able to relocate another one.... check out pics below. ok after that.. finally located the hole in the block, behind the alternator.... and it isnt a small it.. its huge! :bad-words: not pretty...... in the process of pulling the block out... i got dirtier than hell... i could swear i'm startin to look like a beaner.... dried, old oil is everywhere... so gonna do a bit of cleanin up before dropping in the new one.. not sure WHEN i can drop in the new one. since i now gotta source another mount... anyone want to help?? ;) ok got some pics for you. check em out.

I know that kind of work. My engine mount brake as well :x
Btw I did a whole engine rebuild. New piston rings, new head gasket... because of blue smoke from the exhaust. Terrible work.
