$38k for a 2000 GU Wagon ST 7st Manual with 180,000ks??

Post by 5upaMav »

Anyone care to comment on whether they think that a 2000 GU Wagon ST manual 4.2TD with 180,000ks on the clock is worth the advertised $38k? It is from out west (Queensland) and generally seems to be in pretty good condition. There are a couple of holes in the service history, but all the major ones are done. I suspect that being from a station they may have changed the oil themselves, but no way of knowing.

No real extras to speak of, alloys, colour coded TJM front bar, cruise control, IPFs.

Yeah, saw that in the Redbook. My thoughts were that it was a bit exxy.

Could be an ex-Telstra rig (though that's not a bad thing).

Been a few through the auctions in Darwin of late with those kind of k's and all the fruit (winch, racks, cargo barrier etc) - sometimes will fetch high 20's..

Remember Redbook is only a guide. Sometimes you can get lucky, and then some days you get unlucky..
