Cool, thanks guys....
I've always wanted a 4" kit but can't justify the money they want for them here in Oz. So either getting one made or importing my own has always been an option.
It's a bugger about that GST crap, is it different if you are travelling and bring it back into the country as part of your lugage? I'm going to Bali in August, so would there be any chance of getting a kit from there?? Last time I was there, there was heaps of done up FJ40's and Suzi's, but don't remember seeing any big IFS trucks....
yeha mate thought about it, but didnt like the idea of butchering an expensive car. i worked out an ifs lift kit would be cheaper when depreciation is taken into consideration as i can take the kit out when i sell.
you can call big way auto in bangkok on 510 1986, they helped me out when i was over there (they dont speak english though)
but if you want a thai military spec ifs lift kit for hilux complete with longer cast lower wishbones, drop crossmember, lengthened axle shafts (similar to superlift but stronger) for the front and 'bolt on' spring over axle conversion for the rear, avail in aus. cheap. send me a pm

In the latest 4wd mon there is an article about Global Accessories and they are dealing in thai sourced parts/accessories. I'll take a stab and reckon that is who Plan B is talking about, but I'm probably wrong
