Xtreme Winch Challenge Series Round 3
SORRY TONY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tony:- Course 1:- 364 Course 2:- 40 Courses 3&4:- DNS due to failure in high pressure power steering hose. They tried everything to fix it but without luck. But by some of the photos that were taken before presentation, it was ok in a straight line, except for the rear wheels not wanting to stay on the ground.

First Course consisted of rocks & more rocks, no really there were a few drop offs & some tight work between rocks, cones & a hard place finish was a hard right up a slight rock walled creekbed followed by a sharp uphill rock jump, finishing over a savage offcamber rock dropoff.
YES the Modtrucks drove the same course, competed against themselves in class as did the Outlaws & the Outright winners were the best of both.
Regards David (MMM)
Thanks for everyone's kind words. I think the name of the game is to hold your shit together throughout the 4 stages and try and be consistant.
Everything just happended to fall into place on the weekend. Even the CV we broke held up until the end of the course to fail after the finish gate.
Had a really good weekend and enjoyed it immensely. It's good to see that the course design is advancing with the vehicles. I can see courses with more climbs and larger flatter rocks in the future as the smaller pebbles make for less interesting driving from a spectator perspective as well as being really annoying in a low vehicle like mine or the buggies. This is where it really helps to have such a great spotter as the tyre placement is critical. The man made courses certainly are fun and will get heaps better with the importation of more rock.
Looking forward to next round.......
