Crown Wheel & Pinion compatibilty with lockers

just a quick question about the compatibility of lockers with CW&P Gear
if i put twin lockers in my diffs now with 4.11 ratios can i later upgrade to say a 4.6 ratio and keep the lockers i have or do i need to buy a different locker
i reckon i wouldnt need to buy different lockers but i am not to sure
any one got an idea???

Normally will be OK BUT also depends on what diff your talking about as you havnt said? as their are a few exceptions. :?:

true, in that case would also apply to 80s or newer landcruiser, mq patrols, the G series patrols. So if you were to think about it only about half could be inter-changed between models.

ther r 60 series diffs
i was preety sure i wouldnt have to change lockers but wanted to make sure
got the chance to buy a cheap locker so wanna put that in the front
what gear ratio would be suitable if i am runnin 35's on a 2f 60 series cruiser later looking to go to 37's
4.6????

what ever you run will be after market, unless you go to stout diffs but of memory they are 6.1 or 6.7
