Basically it's the same as weding up your diff but you can remove it....

However the price is basically about the same as another diff centre for you to weld up anyway :D

You will be hard pressed to find a mini spool for a vit ,
There is a company that does them for sierra rear , the splines are the same but the hemisphere on a vit rear is larger than a sierra, so they will not fit.
and although the front hemisphere from a sierra will fit within a vit front housing the splines for the front axles are smaller then the rear so there is non available for the front either ,
