This sounds like an awesome way to rock it up at Easter. Will probably be the first run in my new buggy so I am looking forward to the back to basics fun of what Rock Crawling QLD are doing. I don't care if I compete or not, would be great just to get out and test the new buggy and play and do the campfire thing. Well done Donna and co at Rock Crawling QLD!

I spoke to david last night about what he is organising for the Easter Comp!!!

He has arranged for a food caravan to be at the Tracks for both days of the compitition, they will be selling cold drinks, hotdogs etc etc. (sounds pretty cool)

Also they are having a live band on Saturday night and also a LICENSED BAR :drinking: :drinking:

As for the compitition itself he is taking me over to the tracks to get some pics so you can judge for yourselves how TUFF this will be.

Stay posted as i should have some pics this Sunday!!!

SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT WAY TO SPEND EASTER!!!!

I dont know what Specs are for each class but after talking to richard and david, outlaw class or unlimited is just that you can have pretty well anything done as David can run UNREGISTERED vehicles up there and still cover them for insurance!!!!!!!

I also enjoy short course as I do Nissan Trials every year and it is basically the same. 8)

Thats awesome Cheezy, i wish i could do the same!

This Comp at easter will be dedicated ROCK STOMPING there are Rocks up there that would make even you quiver :D

Have you seen the Pics of the soup bowl, well there's one waterfall up there thats 4 times the size of that and goes up in steps. Its is undriven ATM (virgin ground) but it looks like the stuff they drive in the states.

OK here it goes,

We (myself, Cjer, 1madengineer and Rod) went out to mannar to have a look at the tracks the Rock crawling club have made!

I looks as though they are accomadting for STOCK class and Modified Class, so i have asked DAVID the owner of the park if we can set up some EXTREME courses!!!!

I showed him the areas we were interested in and he loved the idea!!!!!!

YOU MAY NEED TO SIT DOWN (especially you Cheezy) WHEN YOU SEE THESE PICTURES

WELL ARE YOU READY FOR IT!!!
