I've never found any :(
If you want really soft use datsun sunny sedan rear springs... they're longer than standard Vitara and softer. I will chuck mine back in to give them a try now I'm using coil spacers as well.
You can buy 15mm or 30mm coil spacers for the Vitara too, so them plus stock rear vitara springs should be good.
Later LWB's and V6's all had longer coils than the Vitara but MUCH stiffer, Kings are too stiff etc.
If any aftermarket brand I'd say your best bet will be ARB.

TOYZUKI 96 coily zook,lux diffs, 3 inch suspension lift,3 inch body lift, 33'sMTRS,series 4 hopper,power steer,twin air lockers,4 LINK front and rear,2 inch spacers(GOT WIDTH)
Hmmm.... CRV Springs sound interesting.
Datto springs are in with the 30mm coil spacers on the back now. Shouldn't need to wire the springs in anymore so that's good. Lift is about 15-20mm more than the kings springs +2" were on their own.
Ride is good but they are a little soft in the vitara with the 31"s... the back end does seem to get a little looser with them in than the standards.
