Umm not a whole lot,
If she has a books check that it has been serviced reguarly
but with that many Ks I would just take if for a drive and see how it feels, maybe the Afame ball joint might be stuff (clunking from the rear when starting and stopping) check the injectors have been serviced
check if the fuel punp has been replaced - may have to be
replaced soon.
Just make sure you drive a couple and make sure
you know how a good one drives and how a crap one drives.
A rangie with that many ks on the clock there shouldn't be a whole lot wrong with it
