if i have a pto winch, is it possible to run a endless air or york compressor off the pto as well. Or off the winch drive?

A friend of mine has successfully run a York aircompressor as well as a winch from his pto for many years. as long as you remember to keep the winch drum clutch disengaged when you only want the compressor function you will have no problem. It is advisable to have a larger than normal receiver tank if you are operating difflocks because you won't have the on the fly convenience of a direct engine driven compressor.
