If this thing dont get off the ground i happy to organise something up newy way, so let me know. would be keen to go either way. Come on people, those daihatsu owners that missed the last watagans run, gee up for this. Could run the same tracks as the last watagans run if thats what people want. Havent driven my new zook there yet, so am keen

I went for a bit of a play at that place Paul did that stunt :finger: .

The trip was cut short cause I couldnt engage lowrange! :x

Will check it tomorrow.

Still tried a couple of climbs on highrange and to my surprise the GQ handled some fairly steep climbs with little to no trouble!

Im convinced, automatic trans rule!

No doubt about it. As much as I hate autos for general driving (and I bloody well do) for slow crawling, smooth power application and seamless disconnection from drive, they certainly have some unbeatable advantages.

It's just that I'll opt for lower gearing long before I give in to the auto!

I know what you mean dude. Its great going up. but going down is totally different!

I need an excuse to justufy lower lowrange gearing. ;)

Until then the big pedal will have to suffice.
