found a thread over on pirate reguarding a few dimensions.

i know its based on luxes but just wondering wot some of us r running ??

ill measure mine up on the weekend and get back 2 yas...

so we want

- make

- model

-tire size

-wheelbase

-width

-height :

- top of roof or exo
- under frame
- under lowest point on chassis(crossmember)
- diff clearence

and any others u can think of ...

also wot r your thought on your setup ?? wood u change it ?? if so how ??

i can fill in some of them..

make - toyota
model - '96 single cab tray back
tires - 37" MTR's
wheelbase - 120" ( i feel this is a bit long and plan on shortenin it a bit :cool: )
width - ?
heights - ?

will fill in the rest as i get them

Coil sprung IFS with 260mm of front wheel travel
rear 510mm wheel travel
Lowest point under vehicle with 2.5" lift and 31" (Simex MT Centipedes) tyres is 340mm (tcase x-member, sump, front diff)
rear pumpkin clearance 270mm
wheelbase 2600mm track 1520mm, height to roof 1820mm

Mathematically:
151 degrees rampover
43 degree apprroach
34 degrees departure

OK, 'cause I know you're all hanging out for this. Some are recently measured, some from vague recollection and some slightly educated guesses.

- make: Mitsubishi

- model: NJ Pajero

- tire size: 285/75-16

- wheelbase: 2420

- width: 1785

- track: 20mm above standard :?

- height : 1.94 m (=135 above spec.)

- Approx. 300mm under front cross member

- Approx. 250mm under rear pumpkin

- Looks: like an overgrown Tonka Toy :)
