Factory locker question

Post by MQ080 »

Came across a SWB Mav '89 model on the weekend with "factory" front and rear vacuum opperated lockers, only problem being there was only an off and on switch 4 them... they are either both on or both off

Is my leg being pulled or were these factory :?

I have never heard of a front factory locker, probably only has a rear locker.

Look for the 2 solenoids on the left hand side of firewall in the engine compartment. I keeps diff engaged and one keeps it disengaged. Follow lines back to rear diff...
