alrightttttttttttttttty then - if all you BRAVE people can handle the cold weather - then I guess I can suffer (most probably not silently  ) it as well.

As of now - NO more weather reports..........

You can all just join me in denial and then it will be a normal hot sunny Queensland day. ;)

Is it worth heading up Sunday morning for a look or is most of it over by then?

Hey Alby.

Mate, if Glen is running his normal format, it'll only be the Vertical Assault running on Sunday. Probably not really worth the drive up just for the day. However, there may still be a few stages from saturday running if he didn't get through all the competitors before time. It's up to you mate.

:D :D Wes and Craig came home and got 3rd place out right. They got other placings but are not really sure. :D :D They had a really good time.

:D :D Not as cold as what they thought it would be. Damage report: One door, one window (shattered) one b piller, and a boomerrang rear spring(opposite way). That is it for the damage report.

i think chris wood won stage one, big red won stage two, rolly won stage three and mick ranson won the gorge run under lights...they didn't score the night run as only a few of us did it [down track three]

rolly and big red tied for first place, jimmy b got second and wes got third overall.

oh yeh.... WOOHOO :D

What a great weekend........

Thanks to the Townsville boys for coming down - it was good to put faces to names. Thanks to everyone else for helping to make the weekend great.

A big  to Mr Sheetmetal for providing "assistance" to Jake at track 3.

I survived the weather and will be back for round 3.........
