Hi all, tried this in general4x4 tech but got no responce, im putting a EFI v8 into my GQ, just wondering if anyone knows someone that will come to the car to wire it up for me? the engine will have the loom and computer etc, just need it hooked up to the GQ

Something I forgot- you'll need to get all your instruments hooked up to the new engine too.
Best way would be to try and use the old senders and fit then onto the new engine (water temp is probably the only one that really matters here otherwise you may get false readings). The oil pressure (if you've only got a warning light for both engines and not a pressure readout) should be OK without swapping senders. Tacho pickup point and compatibility could be a problem depending on the new engine's ignition system.
