Adjusting Brakes Front/Rear

Post by bogged »

Well Ive just had to dish out $600 on brakes today... new discs pads and something else (Waiting to see the bill as wife took it there)...

SO, the front are working more than rear's..

How do I adjust it back?

Also is there anywhere round Melb, that you can take ya car to test all 4 wheels to see which are working at what %age?
EG
Left Rear V Left front
Left Rear V Right Rear

fronts always work harder than rears.. when you brake, the weight of the car goes on the front wheels..

Normal for a hard driven auto to wear brakes quickly. Also depends on what kind of pads were fitted too.

You will have to give brakes a week to bed in before checking bias. This would not of changed anyway unless rod mount damaged or moved.

Call back in a week .
