What Rims for 35 Claws or Boggers?

i wanna run two sets of tyres when i get me bias baja claws (35x13.5x16 – 6 ply) and need to get some sunray's but unsure of the size, obviously 16 inch but what bout the width? 16x8 or 16x10?

yer have thought about it but if i cant get a good deal on the boggers they are to expensive brand new, but yer boggers are an option, would the same rim size be ok for boggers aswell?

not interested in buying tyres yet, only rims, but hopefully they will still be there whn i get enough money, honey. :D

also what about offset, do i need to worry if i have spacers on the front?

you will need to run a 10" rim,

the minimum rim size for a 12.5" is 8.5" so if you are going wider than that you are going to have to go you to a 10" rim

cause if what he is saying is correct then the next size up from 16x8 is 16x10. More opions would be nice peoples

Im running 35/13.5-16 on 16x8 rims with no worries. The claws only measure 12.5 anyway.

I'm running 37x13.5x15 Boggers on 15x8 rims without any major problems. I have glued the beads on though. The smaller rim just means that you have less sidewall exposed and there is more pressure holding the beads onto the rim. IMHO

I to am running 37x13.50x15 8ply claws on 15x8 rims and often run them at 14psi(no locks yet) and have only ever popped 1 tyre of the bead and that was just me being stupid

38.5 TSL Swampers on 8" sunnys ! ... also simex tubes ;)

Will hopefully be beadlocked before the next trip out ..... now where did I put me VISA :armsup:

well it looks like it doesnt really matter which i get. but seen the 8's are around more chances are i'll probably get a set of em.

36x12.5 TSL's on 15x8's here too - oh yeah beadlocked.....

I'd pick the 8" rim just about every time IMHO.....
