TB42 mechanical fuel pump FARKED

Post by marin »

well, as it says.... i jsut finished putting my fuel tank back in 2nite, filled it up, (it has only been out for about 10 days) and when i got home, running on petrol, noticed petrol smell and petrol pissing out into my diff and into ground from out of 1 of the holes in the bottom of the fuel pump. Is this fixable? rebuildable? What are my options?

Go to Repco and buy an electric pump.
Good for if your on LPG too as can be turned off when switching to gas.
Put blanking plate over hole on block.
