Last word from Hazard was he was moving his workshop to Brissie so it might be the same car.
I was gonna say the same thing Bartso, I've seen it parked out front of a house around fairfield a few times when i've been going from work to tafe. Havent seen it going though sounds like its a evil piece of vehicle
he is still working out stuff with the americans to make the kit viable. the real money is not in getting infiniti v8's into patrols, it is in getting patrol manual gearboxes into infinitis. the infiniti vehicles have never been offered with a manual transmission apparantely.

Geez I'd have thought the tremecs and so forth that are already available stateside would be much better gearboxes than the nissan patrol one.
Not complaining though, it will be good if there's a bellhousing option!
I think Hazzard went to see patrool when it was getting the transplant.
I would have thought that no one would want the heavy, long throw patrol gearbox in a nice saloon. plus, the patrol gearbox only comes in 4wds, so not sure how the output would be dealt with? And an auto only vehicle getting space for a clutch pedal etc.?? Would be good if he got the kit for the Patrol going though (unless you have a patrol auto already )
The one you drive past every day sounds like it is his.
He was making the Canberra to Brisbane commute in it a few times, he is back and forth a fair bit.
He was carrying timber on the roof of his patrol, one night and still dragged off a WRX... long story short, the gearbox hates life. I think he is short on time at the moment, hence he hasnt got on the net for a few weeks.
