G'day Redzook
Are you planning to put them undert your zook? Not sure if you have seen the pics but Matt and I put bundy diffs under my zook. I am sure you are aware but the housing are very different.
If you are planning a bundy conversion you should give Matt (M&M) a call, as after doing it we learnt heaps and have some real cool-trick new ideas.
Cheers

Mczook wrote:The pumkin as you aware is offset, runs coil cup mounts and is set up for radius arms (3link).
yeah that will all b cut off and jave perches welded on so other than the pumpkin being offset and the hand brake ssetup(which wont matter 2 him coz the zooks run a t/case brake) it will go under no probs

the coil mounts MIGHT stay

I'm not sure what zook redzook has but if it is the same year as mine and I think all other wide tracks he wont have the Tcase brake. Nonetheless, just do a discbrake conversion with calipar that runs a handbrake- speak to Gonads he has a kit to suit the bundy as we did made one when we did it on mine. Be careful dont get shitty old calipars as I did and got them rebuilt which cost me a shit load more than I was expecting $485
Another option is to run the Spidertrax Disc Tcase brake kit.
Zooks & Lux suspension upgrades
G'day redzook & those interested
We now import & sell Fox Racing Shocks and "they are the shit" in the US at the moment. FoxShox have an exciting and trick AirShock product (Matt and I have ordered some for our zooks). They are likely to revolutionize the light weight hardcore 4x4 market. Three of our suppliers in the states run them or the FoxShox coil over units. They absolutely love them .
They totally eliminate the need for coils & leaf springs and the associated costs in setting up a complete coil/custom suspension They are a high performance unit & correct setup they allow you to adjust your:
- suspension ride height,
- for want of a better wording spring rate (even though they don’t run a spring),
- extent of dampening and
- are fully rebuildable.
At the same time they will give you a superior ride and wheel travel, plus can be customized/adjusted to the terrain you are expecting to drive. And the best thing is it can be done for about the same price as a well set up coil suspension would cost. The crucial thing to beware of for the initial setup of these units is you have to have the correct apparatus and background to do it successfully. We have the luxury of our suppliers giving us the knowledge based on their experience and the tools to ensure success (especially zooks & hiluxes).
Those that want the best for their lux or zook I recommend you check them out.
We are making orders for 4 sets within the next 2 weeks (bulk orders enable better pricing). If you are interested PM me, or best option is to pop in or call Gonads (02 45879811).
Cheers Sean
When I get home I will put up a link to a test & comparo by a US forum, it also mentions one of our suppliers Polyperformance.

instead off puttin this in a thread that has absolutly nothin to do with airshocks how bout put it in a thread that u have already started where are u are pimping your shit!
i also think Jamie "fourwheelin" off this site sells the fox shocks for any 1 who is intrested
redzook, redzook, redzook if ya not interested ignore it. In my opinion it is relevant particularly for someone who is thinking of putting bundy diffs under their zook or someone who just wants a change from leaf sprung suspension ie toyzook. I am sure there are others who havent heard of Foxshoxs and might find it interesting or worth researching. Nonetheless, thanks for the advice am happy to make a seperate post on the Foxshox.
It's interesting that u are being judgemental & note pimping!?, and from what you noted it appears we are not the only ones who deal in Foxshoxs. So from where i sit everyone benifits.
