:) :) :) Can all interested parties please contact me regards officialing at the "XI". I need your contact numbers & event experience. The dates required will be 17th - 26th September. If chosen to assist all meals will be included.

I will be conducting a couple of training days at Morayfield before the event & I will also be doing work at the Park, setting up SS & event areas before the "XI", you are invited to join me there. The training days will be a must for all the officials, there will be plenty of notice given for these.

The weekend of the 7th & 8th of August, is planed to set up more courses at the park for the XI. If any people who are planning to be officials this could be the time to make sure you get picked for the XI.

I will be based at the Hunters Camp in the park. So if you are interested in helping set up give me a call 0418 745 830 or 54986962 or email xtremedcm@bigpond.com I can give your names at the office, so you can get in.

Please note that this is also the hillclimb weekend at the park

There will be an official get together on Saturday 4th & 11th September at my home. This will give me a chance to fill you in on what is going to happen at the XI.

I will be going up the park on Saturday 14th August. You are more then welcome to join Kane and myself set up a few more Competition Areas. I will be arriving by 0830 Saturday morning. I will be heading home Sunday afternoon (around 1500 hrs).


The Park Office will know what area I will be in, I should be contactable on UHF 11.


Contact me direct if you are thinking of coming up to help, this way I can inform the office & warn them of your arrival.
