word on the grape vine is front output shaft on tcase

and a headgasket b4 tenterfield on the way home

and thats ontop of the gearbox and bent links on saturday :cry: :shock:

Must say probably the worst weekend ever. Damage list includes.

Blown gearbox
Two bent lower links
Bent tie rod
Two damaged flares.
One torn transfer case arm.
Broken front out put flange an the transfer.
Blown headgasket.

i was the dero that came over on sunday morning when ya had the gearbox on the ground, but ya's looked busy so i didn't wanna get in the way

i'm making a movie at the moment of all of the footage i got of you zuk sam. it only goes for a couple of mins, but shows how bad the gearbox was :shock:

so what caused all these problems, are they easily overcome or will there need to be a bit of a rethink on how things are setup or was it just bad luck?

Was the block decked sam?

You shouldn't need the copper head gasket if the internals are stock, but then again you will need it when you put the blower back on.

The transfer ands gearbox Ithink were just bad luck but the engine was running hot from the start so there is a problem there.
